Are discounts offered for high-volume or bulk orders? Are there any other discounts offered?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts for language services. We also provide our customers with the benefit of a translation memory which is a database of previously translated words or phrases. We charge less for such repeated words and phrases than we do for unique ones.

NGOs and charities are eligible for a flat discount on all language services.
