How to know about project completion and how to access it - Support

How will I know that my order is complete and how can I access it?

Once your order is complete, your dedicated project manager will notify you instantly through an email with the finished project as an attachment. If the file is too large to be emailed, we will send it back to you via the original platform you sent the source file from. If there is a specific platform or integration you would like us to use or a destination you would want the file to be sent to, please let us know in advance.
Our project managers are keen to ensure that projects are completed within the shortest possible time span and translated content is delivered to you without delay.
