For video and audio files up to 1 hour in length, we will complete the transcription (with translation into another language) within 3-4 business days of the submission of the source file.
The turnaround time may increase or decrease depending on the complexity of the content, the amount of technical jargon to be handled, the destination language for transcription, and whether or not you have opted for proofreading post-transcription. However, we assure you that in any instance, our turnaround time is the lowest in the industry.
